SSS Recompression Chamber Network hereby wishes to state clearly for the record that there is no dispute between SSS and DAN Europe or DAN Southern Africa regarding recompression therapy for their members, that DAN Europe and DAN Southern Africa have consistently paid all insurance claims, and that their insurance is not affected in any way by the lawsuit against DAN America.

Members of DAN Europe and DAN Southern Africa can continue to be confident that their insurance will be honored by SSS as it has always been.
